Our Store Support Office (SSO) in Auckland is home to more than 700 team members working within our marketing, digital, corporate affairs, buying and planning and IT teams. It’s also home to our HR, Finance, Contact Centres and Leadership teams.
While our offices play an important role for team collaboration, we've embraced a hybrid working environment that supports achieving our goals and targets as a business, alongside our team members' commitments and responsibilities outside of work. As a result, we offer a variety of arrangements to help our team have successful and fulfilling careers here at TWG.
We also have a number of other benefits on offer too. We offer the all-important free carparking for our team members along with an on-site Cafe. Our SSO offers a Wellness Centre including two wellness rooms, a gym, parent room and a prayer and meditation room. For those looking to reduce their carbon footprint we also have bike facilities at SSO and EV charging stations.
