Finance, Property and Legal

Our Finance team provides the commercial and financial knowledge that allows us to grow as a business and ensure our long-term financial sustainability. Our finance team is diverse, capturing: Financial Control, Transactional Services, Reporting and continuous improvement, Internal Audit & Risk, Treasury, and Business Partnering. Our Finance Team members work in partnership with our internal stakeholders providing financial and management accounting information and reporting, coupled with recommendations and insight analysis to drive exceptional performance and savvy business decisions.

Our property team is responsible for TWG's property interests across our brands, including tenancies and land holdings. Along with driving TWG's property strategy and investment decisions this team are also responsible for facilities management (across our network) and project management of store design programmes. Team members range from: Property Managers, facilities and maintenance, through to our onsite Gym manager.

Our Legal and Corporate Affairs team provide thought leadership and advice to safeguard the business. They also ensure the smooth running of our Board of Directors meetings, corporate governance and compliance with the NZX Listing Rules.  Our Corporate Affairs team are the voice of The Warehouse Group, promoting and driving the Group's communication strategy. This encompasses the groups corporate communications, external comms, internal comms and stakeholder/government relations
