Together, they handle more than 40,000 calls, 30,000 emails and 40,000 webchats every month, keeping things moving with empathy, energy and a good sense of humour.
Based across Northcote, Wiri and Hamilton, our diverse team thrive in a fast paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same.
