Our Human Resource department supports over 10,000 team members throughout their retail careers. Primarily, our goal is to attract and retain the best talent, along with supporting and developing our people to be the best that they can be.  

Our HR team play a pivotal role in ensuring that team members feel heard, valued, engaged and a sense of belonging, to allow them to thrive. Our HR team include: Talent Acquisition, HR systems, Payroll, HR business partnering, Culture & Capability through to our Health and Safety team.
