Our Buying team manage the intricate buying journey across all of our brands. Responding to customer needs and wants plus market changes, the buying team bring their expertise into range builds, customer profiling, product sourcing and development. Along with analysing product features and interpreting data to curate and deliver the right range of products to our customers.
Across our product categories – Apparel, Home, Grocery, Leisure, Tech and Play, our Buying team ensures that the right products are identified, sourced and brought to market in the most efficient and commercially astute way possible. Whether its managing peak trade periods like Christmas, Easter or Mother's Day or launching new ranges that align with customer trends, our Buying team lead with purpose and precision.
We look for buyers who are passionate about their products, possess excellent commercial acumen & top notch negotiation skills. We are committed to growing and developing buying talent across all levels. As you progress, you'll be exposed to greater supplier management responsibilities, product development initiatives, commercial planning and customer strategy.
