Our Store Support Office (SSO) in Auckland is home to more than 1000 team members working on our e-Commerce, marketing, data and insights, buying and IT teams. It’s also home to our HR, Finance, Corporate Affairs and Leadership teams.
We’re the first major retailer in New Zealand to flip to Agile. Our Tribes and Support Functions at SSO use this way of working to help identify how we’ll meet customer needs, and how we can help connect them with the products and services they need to live better every day.
