Career Snapshot
I have been in retail for about 30 years now. I was a Store Manager for a number of those years. Over the last 5 years, I have had the experience to create and develop Leadership Programmes for leaders within TWG and have been able to work and coach change with these leaders along their journey. I am now the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Programme and HR Insights Lead.
Day in the Life
I provide strategic leadership and support to the HR function in the areas of HR Operational insights. I collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (Culture and Capability, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, diversity and labour relations) to promote HR operational insights, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance.
What is your favourite part of your job?
Both working with people and seeing changes in outcomes through data trending.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to do what you do?
Embrace the challenge as people data is not always straight forward. Being able to influence and collaborate with others for the insights and being a great story teller.

Both the people and the exposure to many different roles and learning experiences.
Describe the culture and environment at TWG.
Fast paced with a lot of change! There is a desire for people to learn. There is also alot of fun times. You get to meet so many people across the entire network.
What is your favourite TWG benefit?
The team discount - I have a hidden obsession with Lego!
