Joining us means you'll experience development programmes that are a combination of facilitator-led, technology enabled and on-the-job coaching.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT PLATFORM
Our internal Learning & Development platform is the first stop for our team members looking to broaden their knowledge and skills. From courses on management development to mental health, wellbeing and inclusion, team members can access free training when and where it suits them.
Store Support Office team members have access to Udemy, a massive online learning platform, connecting them to the latest professional development learning. Udemy has over 5,000 courses providing access to learning, including leadership, design, machine learning, data science and more.
EXTERNAL LEARNING FUND
Our External Learning Fund provides training funding to the value of $2,000 every year for all permanent team members working a minimum 20 hours a week. A team member might choose to use this individually for a course, development programme or to gain a certification focusing on developing a specific skill or craft.
The TWG Scholarship is awarded to Store Support Office team members in completing a significant professional qualification related to their retail career.
