Career Snapshot
I have been in retail advertising for 25+ years! I started in The Warehouse photo studio which was the first completely digital studio in the country at the time. In my time here, I have been lucky enough to be able to move around the business and brands. It has been an incredible opportunity that has informed my career and helped me in my current role.
Day in the Life of a Head of Creative.
Retail is a fast paced industry so there is always something new and exciting going on! I support designers, producers and photographers and that means there is always something different to focus on. My day can vary from supporting the team in creative excellence in design right through to creating automated processes to make things run quicker.
The Best Part of Your Job.
My favourite part of the job is to test and play with new and emerging technologies in the creative industry. It is satisfying to work with the team to test and learn new platforms and ways of working to help us focus on the things that really get us excited.
Why do you love working with The Warehouse Group?
We have a great 'Work Your Way' policy which allows us to work from home some days of the week.
We have a diverse group of people across our retail network so it is great to get out into stores and meet new people. There is always something to learn!
What is your favourite TWG benefit?
We have access to a bunch of discounts. Firstly in our own stores. So handy to get an even sharper price whether buying a new TV at Noel Leeming or Market Kitchen coffee beans at The Warehouse. We also have a modern gym at SSO to stay fit and there is always a carpark space!
