I started as a casual team member in Warehouse Stationery St Lukes in 2016, building a strong foundation in both customer service and sales. Through hard work and consistent performance, I progressed to Assistant Store Manager, where I now oversee daily operations, support staff development and ensure excellent customer experiences.
Day In the Life
My day in the life of my role is to support the team and drives sales. My key responsibilities include team training, managing inventory, resolving customer’s issues and collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve targets and goals.

My favourite part of my role is motivating and mentoring my team. Building connections with customers' and tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.
