I have over 10 years of retail experience across a variety of roles, primarily with two major retail groups - Woolworths and The Warehouse Group.
A day in the life of your role.
My day starts with doing follow ups for my customers, coordinating with suppliers to get customers products on time as well as with distribution centres and tech solutions hub for delivery and install before opening the doors for our customers and start selling products on the floor.
What is your favourite part of your job?
Always putting my customers first and going the extra mile to help my customers. It makes the customers feel valued and make them brand loyal.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to do what you do?
Be passionate to always learn about new technology. Always find solutions while building lasting relationships. Bring your confidence, adaptability and a winning attitude on the sales floor.
