I've been in the position for over 2 years now and this is my first experience in retail. Before moving to NZ, I worked in an IT field.
Day in the Life
My daily tasks include maintaining the front counter displays, handling repairs and insurance claims, and responding to customer questions and problems. Also working with the admin team and other customer service representatives.
What is your favourite part of your job?
My favourite part of the job is learning new things and interacting with new people everyday.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to do what you do?
Be patient and deliberate as you learn the process.
