Career Snapshot
I started my retail journey at Wendy’s before moving to Countdown, where I gained valuable customer service experience as a Checkout Operator and Online Picker. After some time in hospitality and a short stint at Briscoes, I joined The Warehouse as a Shopfloor Team Member - a role I’ve now proudly held for over three years.
Day in the Life
I start my day with a floor walk and say good morning to everyone, I scan in and fill the milk and bread, I do the click and collect orders, I do the date checks across the products throughout Grocery. I also assist Customer Service with customer inquiries. Working at the store for 3 years I know the aisles of the store so I help customers and team members find products on the shelf.
