Meet Tim...
Day in the Life of a Head of Creative.
Retail is a fast paced industry so there is always something new and exciting going on! I support designers, producers and photographers and that means there is always something different to focus on. My day can vary from supporting the team in creative excellence in design right through to creating automated processes to make things run quicker.
The Best Part of Your Job.
My favourite part of the job is to test and play with new and emerging technologies in the creative industry. It is satisfying to work with the team to test and learn new platforms and ways of working to help us focus on the things that really get us excited.

We have a great 'Work Your Way' policy which allows us to work from home some days of the week.
We have a diverse group of people across our retail network so it is great to get out into stores and meet new people. There is always something to learn!

Words of Wisdom.
The advice I would give to anyone aspiring to step into my shoes is to be open to change and try new things. The only consistency in retail is change and we have the opportunity to find new and compelling ways to talk to our customers.
