We are looking for a savvy B2B Marketer to join our Warehouse Stationery (WSL) marketing cohort with the core focus of delighting our Warehouse Stationery customers across segments!
Job Description
At Warehouse Stationery, we’re passionate about helping Kiwis do their best work by providing a full range of products, services and solutions for businesses, creators and the education community. With multiple store formats and channels, plus exciting tech and B2B initiatives in the pipeline, Warehouse Stationery offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment to learn and grow.
Reporting to the Category Marketing Lead, you’ll join a high-performing retail marketing team focused on delivering tactical campaigns, loyalty & brand initiatives that drive acquisition, growth and retention across three key customer segments – creators, business and education.
Working collaboratively with our category / merchandise teams, you’ll lead exciting new initiatives to market and deliver integrated multichannel marketing campaigns that drive trading performance, sales growth and brand engagement. You’ll also work closely with wider internal teams to ensure all marketing activity is connected, customer-centric and delivers a seamless brand experience.
Qualifications
We’re looking for a savvy, commercially minded B2B Marketer that’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the fast-paced world of retail marketing and bringing new initiatives to market. You’re someone who enjoys being hands-on, has a positive can-do attitude and thrives on collaboration and building strong connections with stakeholders across the business.
With a strong B2B marketing foundation, experience in loyalty and retail marketing, and a sharp trading mindset, you ’ll be set up for success in this role.
Our wish list also includes:
- Broad marketing experience, with loyalty and retail marketing communications highly desirable. Bonus points if you have experience in the education sector.
- A genuine curiosity about customers, their behaviours and what drives purchasing decisions.
- Understanding of media, channels to market and the role of each in a customers buying journey.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, multiple priorities and bringing large campaigns to life.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to collaborate and influence across all levels of the business.
- Most importantly, someone that is proactive, well organised, can have a laugh and enjoys what they do.
