Due to an internal move, we’re now looking for a Platform Enablement Manager to join our Omni Experience team! A Salesforce Commerce Cloud expert who thrives on unlocking platform potential, driving operational excellence and be the conduit between teams to create that seamless experience for customers on our eCommerce platforms.
Job Description
As Platform Enablement Manager, you’ll effectively be the product owner and technical Salesforce Commerce Cloud SME for our ecommerce platforms and operational requirements – your work will influence how our customers experience, navigate and shop on our ecommerce platforms!
In a snapshot:
- Lead the enablement of eCommerce operations across The Warehouse & Warehouse Stationery ecommerce platforms – across promotions, campaigns, product & price integrations and automations.
- Develop and execute the enablement roadmap, prioritising initiatives aligning with business goals and metrics
- Partner closely with our wider teams to enhance platform performance and reduce manual intervention.
- Work with ecommerce trading teams to create taxonomy frameworks and deliver conversion opportunities and
- Vendor management: Day to day technical contact for our key vendors
- Coach and uplift capability across merchandising and emerging platform users.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
Combining a good understanding of ecommerce operational excellence, user experience and technical platform capabilities, you’re someone who can make sense of a complex problem, identify opportunities, collaborate across teams, and making things work smarter. Being in retail, the pace will be quick, the work interesting and results measurable.
On our wishlist:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience product owning and operating Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Solid understanding of technical development and delivery processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and coach others.
- A customer‑first mindset and a passion for the retail market.
- A results‑driven approach and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Accountable, collaborative and adaptive in a fast‑moving environment
- Bonus points for: experience with Agile delivery practices and Python knowledge
