We’re looking for an Automation & CLM Lead to take ownership of our customer lifecycle marketing and marketing automation capability, leading how we engage, retain and grow our eCommerce customer base across our iconic retail brands – from first click to long term loyalty!
Job Description
As Automation & CLM Lead, you’ll be the product owner of our marketing automation ecosystem, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation as our core platform. From winning new customers to keeping them coming back, you’ll drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategy at scale and deliver customer led campaigns and touchpoints across the omni-experience customer journeys.
At a snapshot:
- Own and lead TWG’s marketing automation and CLM delivery and strategy - from acquisition through to retention and loyalty
- Manage and optimise our use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation, ensuring it delivers measurable impact as a key owned marketing channel
- Partner closely with wider Omni/Ecommerce, Marketing and Merchandise teams to build, identify and deliver personalised and automated workflows and trigger comms messaging across our shopper journey
- Drive innovation within our marketing technology (Martech) stack, ensuring the roadmap, tools, platforms are effectively utilised and future-ready
- Foster a high-performing and collaborative capability within your team (circa 2 x direct reports) to effectively service across our brands
Qualifications
You’re someone who thrives in the creative, data, and technology, and knows how to turn that into real business impact! Being in retail, the pace will be quick, the work interesting and results measurable.
On our wishlist:
- Proven experience in marketing automation and customer lifecycle marketing
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. SQL knowledge is a bonus!
- Demonstrated success in building and executing lifecycle strategies across acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- A data-driven mindset, with experience using data & insights to look at customer audience segmentations and optimise personalisation strategies across campaigns and customer journeys and
- Strong stakeholder and time management skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams
