Job Description

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a diverse team, creating a positive and inclusive environment where people thrive
- Driving sales performance while maintaining exceptional store standards
- Creating memorable customer experiences that build loyalty and trust
- Collaborating with your team to achieve goals and celebrate success together
- Stepping up to run the store with confidence and integrity when the Store Manager is away
Qualifications
You’re someone who brings energy, leadership, and a genuine passion for people and retail.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in retail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire your team and connect with customers
- A knack for building a high-performing, sales-focused culture
- The ability to execute plans and drive results
- A customer-first mindset, with confidence handling queries or concerns
- A solid understanding of health & safety and a commitment to keeping everyone safe
