Company Description
If you’re looking for an EA role that will stretch you, challenge you, and genuinely accelerate your career, this is it. We’re looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant who is equal parts professional, personable, and unflappable - someone who delivers exceptional support with confidence, precision, and polish.
We recently reviewed our Executive Support function to see how we could operate in a more streamlined, and consistent way across our organisation making sure we utilise digital tools and self-service aspects as much as we can. We now have this opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support our Group Chief Executive Officer; Board and Committees; and Chief Legal, Sustainability & Corporate Affairs Officer.
The Warehouse Group has become a Kiwi household name, and we proudly recognise the role that we play in communities throughout New Zealand. We are one of the largest general merchandise retailers in NZ across The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery & Noel Leeming. Efficiency and collaboration are cornerstones of our work culture, empowering us to adapt swiftly and work seamlessly together.
