Job Description
Hours of work:
- Friday to Tuesday - 9am - 5:30pm
What Will You Be Doing?
We're on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative who loves tackling problems and thrives on challenges. The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, such as hire purchases and credit applications.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point of sales system.
- Helping with service repairs and sales inquiries whilst providing expert product knowledge.
- Proactively addressing and resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Building and nurturing positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

You will be a passionate team player who takes pride in delivering a memorable experience to our customers.
Qualifications
Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Be on your feet for long periods of time
- A passion for helping others and your team
- Experience using a point of sales system is beneficial
- An interest in tech
