Job Description
We’re looking for a Commercial Enablement & Project Specialist to support high-impact commercial initiatives, uplift capability across the business, and make it easier for our teams to do great work every day.
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that sits between projects, data, process improvement, reporting, and enablement.
Snapshot of the role:
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of commercial projects
- Partnering with the team with RFP/Tender documentation
- Reporting, insights and BI alignment
- Process improvement and continuous improvement
- Workshops, events and partner engagement
- Capability uplift, training and enablement
Qualifications
Strong project management skills are critical, as your ability to organise and prioritise work will be tested daily. We want a true self starter, with high energy levels and someone who thrives with crucial timelines and workloads. This role will see you interact cross functionally with the wider team, so strong communication skills will be key. You will bring a strong commercial mindset, enjoy working with data, and care deeply about improving how things get done.
Our wish list also includes:
- Strong capability with reporting, dashboards and BI insights
- Experience in RFP management desirable
- Exposure to Salesforce also desirable
