Job Description
You’ll be a core member of our Activity and Communications team within Store Operations, supporting how we plan, communicate, and execute activity across our stores.
For a defined period, this role will have a primary focus on stock support for stores, helping to stabilise stock flow, resolve stock challenges, and support effective in-store execution while stock-related issues are addressed.
Over time, this role will have the opportunity to expand into a broader Activity and Trade remit, aligned with team priorities and business needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be part of the Activity and Communications team, contributing to planning and execution across Store Operations
- Take a lead role in supporting stores with stock-related challenges during a defined focus period
- Work closely with Logistics, Planning, Merchandise and Store teams to resolve stock issues and improve execution
- Provide clear insights and feedback on store stock challenges and opportunities
- Help shape and embed improved stock support processes that set stores up for long-term success
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who truly understands retail - how stores run, what good execution looks like, and what store teams need from the Activity and Communications team to succeed.
