Regional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor

You’ll partner closely with Distribution Centre operations, bringing a strong health and safety lens that balances risk, people and commercial realities. You’ll support teams to find solutions that work - lifting the safety conversation, embedding good practice, and building trust along the way.

This is not a siloed or purely compliance-driven role. You’ll be visible, approachable, and focused on enabling safe outcomes that make sense for the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Working directly with operational leaders and frontline teams to improve safety outcomes
• Supporting delivery of site-level actions from the annual HSW Plan
• Promoting safe behaviours through coaching, mentoring and practical guidance
• Supporting incident and near-miss reporting, investigations and follow-up actions
• Conducting workplace inspections, audits, hazard identification and risk assessments
• Supporting SOP development and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contributing to wellbeing initiatives and injury management support
• Helping lift safety culture by making HSW relatable, practical and people-focused

Flexibility & working arrangements

This role is 30 hours a week with genuine flexibility, and we’re open to shaping it around the right person including:

• School hours are possible (e.g. 9:00am – 3:00pm)
• Option for a 4-day week, or spread across 5 days
• We do ask for occasional flexibility to cover 12:00pm – 8:00pm (once per month)
