Job Description

Te kaupapa o te tūranga – The purpose of the role 


With this position being dual role your task is also to restock our shelves, ensuring the store is ready for business when it opens in the morning.


Your attention to detail and ability to follow plans will be crucial in maintaining an appealing and intuitive layout.


But there’s more to the role! You’ll also ensure that our products are correctly priced and promotions are clearly marked, guiding our customers to the best deals. Plus, you’ll maintain a clean and tidy store environment, creating a welcoming space for our customers.


So, are you ready to join our team and play a key role in our customers’ shopping experience?


There are two positions available, hours of work: 


Position 1: 


Sunday: 6pm to 10pm


Monday: 6pm to 10pm


Tuesday: 6pm to midnight


 


Position 2:


Wednesday: 6pm to 10pm


Thursday: 4pm to 10pm


Friday: 6pm to 10pm


Our Copy Centre is one of the key areas in our store. Customers come to us for all their print and copy needs and expect exceptional insights and service from our team members; and you’re the one who makes it all happen. 


This role requires someone with an positive nature and a passion for service.  You will get involved with photocopying, binding, manipulating PDF files, graphics and creating all types of print work.

Qualifications

He kōrero mōu ake – About you 


Ideally, you’ll have good attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Retail experience would be advantageous, as would the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time. That said, these requirements are not essential – what’s most important to us is your great attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to get stuck in and learn!
