MEET THE TEAM

Silv joined The Warehouse Group in July 2024 as General Counsel and Company Secretary. In August 2025, she was promoted to Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer.

Silv is responsible for leading the Group's legal, compliance and corporate affairs functions, and holds the role of Company Secretary. In her role, Silv guides the Group to build trust, strengthen governance and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

Previously, Silv held senior leadership roles at Spark NZ and began her career at Russell McVeagh. Silv holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce and International Business from the University of Otago.
