MEET THE TEAM

Richard joined the business in 2019 as General Manager, People Experience, Remuneration and Employee Relations and was appointed Group Chief People Officer in 2020.

He began his career as a litigation lawyer with Chapman Tripp before moving to Fletcher Challenge as corporate legal counsel. He later held senior people leadership roles at Spark New Zealand and TVNZ. Richard holds an LLB (Hons) and MPhil (Hons) from the University of Auckland.
