Shayne Tong joined The Warehouse Group in August 2025 as Group Chief Digital & Transformation Officer, leading the Group's enterprise technology, digital, and business transformation agenda.

Shayne brings more than two decades of executive leadership driving large-scale transformation across retail, healthcare, energy, construction, and financial services. Prior to joining The Warehouse Group, Shayne held senior executive roles with Foodstuffs South Island, Auckland District Health Board, Genesis Energy and Fletcher Building.

A Chartered Accountant with a degree in Accounting from Auckland University of Technology, Shayne is recognised for modernising organisations through technology, digital and AI-led transformation, delivering enhanced customer experiences, improved operational performance and sustainable commercial value.
