Carrie joined the business in 2011 and was appointed Chief Merchandise Officer in August 2025.

She has held a range of senior merchandise and planning leadership roles and brings extensive retail experience from New Zealand and South Africa, including roles with Number One Shoes, Truworths and Edcon. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business Management from Birmingham City University.
