Day in the Life of a Continuous Improvement Lead.
My team and I form one half of the Central Operations team and we get the privilege of understanding all the different functional areas of Noel Leeming and how we can improve our speed to execution, while also delivering some pretty incredible improvements across the business.
This has allowed me to make some incredible partnerships and collaborations across Merchandise, Marketing, Commercial and Finance and deliver meaningful work that makes a difference in their day to day lives.

The Best Part of Your Job.
The best part of my role is the ability to wake up every day and make meaningful improvements across the board, with no two days being the same. We hold significant amount of IP across the entire brand and as such are not limited to the solutions we create, and in turn seeing those visions come to life is special to me.
