The Warehouse Group Support Services employs over 500 people across a range of departments – People Support, Marketing, Finance, Technology and Customer Support who are based at The Warehouse Group Store Support Office in Northcote.

The Warehouse Group Support Services are centres of excellence, supporting all brands and locations across the Group. When you’re working within these departments you have an opportunity to support a range of brands, locations and people.

Our CEO – Nick Grayston

Nick is responsible for all The Warehouse Group – over 20 brands, 220 locations and 12,000 people. He was appointed Chief Executive in January, 2016. He moved to New Zealand from Chicago where he held leadership roles with Sears Holdings and was responsible for leading change from traditional retail into omni-channel and integrated retail. He was instrumental in building profitable businesses, driving operational turnarounds, changing business models and leading high-performance teams. Nick has also held senior executive positions with Foot Locker Inc, plus planning, allocation and merchandising roles at a number of leading retailers in the United Kingdom including Laura Ashley, Woolworths, Debenhams and Marks and Spencer.
