    I lead the Merchandise Team, so any product, price or promotion you see in any of the Noel Leeming or Torpedo7 (T7) stores has, in some way, come through us. We ensure that we consistently deliver the right product at the right price to our customers. To do this, we have developed and maintained strong relationships with our key supplier business partners, both locally and overseas. We are very proud of the relationships we have built as a team.
    I’ve been in retail over 27 years, 23 of those working with companies that are now part of The Warehouse Group (TWG). When Bond and Bond merged with Noel Leeming, I became the first Group Buyer. After taking on various roles I became General Manager of Merchandise 15 years ago. After all these years in retail, I still get a buzz out of seeing a new promotion exceed expectations.

    Retail is constantly evolving, whether it be disruption through technology changes, new competitors, failure of old competitors, new opportunities through new segments, or new trends. It’s dynamic and exciting, and with the speed of technology changes, consumer electronics has to be the most exciting!
