What you will be doing?
As a Commercial Building Specialist, you will be responsible for growing new business opportunities and managing trade supply within the Auckland region. You will also manage all existing clients and implement new strategies to develop these relationships within the trade sector. This is a store-based role and relationships with store staff are imperative. Working closely with store staff, the Regional Manager and the wider Commercial team, you will identify new opportunities within the Auckland area using a range of sales techniques.
Who we are looking for?
To succeed in this role you will have a background in sales and/or business development at a commercial level. You will have excellent negotiation skills and be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation. The Commercial Specialist will have the ability to create new business relationships and be highly results driven.
