SEEKING A TRAFFIC MANAGER WHO OPERATES AT THE SPEED OF OMNICHANNEL RETAIL
The Warehouse Group’s internal creative team has it all! Our people have top-tier international and local experience, stacks of awards, a family of four retail icons as our territory, and unbridled creativity - where fun is our path to getting the work done.
Okay, we nearly have it all. The only thing we’re missing is you, the Traffic Manager.
Are you ready to fall in love with the next step of retail? If so, you’ll join a fast-paced retail environment where we live, breathe, eat, drink, sleep omnichannel retail for the digital age.
Keen to make a mark in the industry, you’ll be bold. You’ll be brave. You’ll be brilliant. You’ll bring your street smarts, commercial acumen, and agency background awesomeness into our team, where our dreaming fuels our doing every day.
You should be comfortable helping creative services organise the creative department in a timely manner. In particular, helping the GM Executive Creative Director coordinate projects, briefs, deliverables, and internal creative team schedules.
With your background of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar Traffic Manager role, you are aware of what’s needed to organise a creative team. Equally comfortable in traditional marcoms, as you are in online and digital.
You'll be responsible for managing the flow of work to ensure that all marcoms initiatives are completed on time and completed within budget.
With stellar skills in time-management, you’ll be able to herd kittens, and make things happen whilst maintaining a happy equilibrium with everyone you lead. With a smile. A twinkle in the eye. Tough as leather. Kind hearted to the core.
You will help our teams burst into life.
You’ll be a hybrid of Traffic Manager / Project Manager, with experience gained within a recognised progressive omnichannel marcoms agency (preferably with a retail focus).
To help you achieve this role, you’ll be working closely with our Art Directors, and Copywriters. Collaborating closely with our Creative Director, Executive Creative Director, and external agency partners.
What you need to bring to the game:
Comfortable with being collaborative across the creative disciplines, you’ll have a background that spans agency-side, working in-house, and fully versed in co-labing with agency-side partners. And ideally, you will have had some international experience working out of a recognised cultural hub.
This role isn’t for you if you’re seeking a traditional advertising agency career. This opportunity is for a new breed of Traffic Manager / Project Manager, seeking to help modern retail brands reach today’s connected consumers.
- Be remarkably passionate
- Make things epic
- A can-do attitude
