Creative Services Manager / Traffic Manager

You should be comfortable helping creative services organise the creative department in a timely manner. In particular, helping the GM Executive Creative Director coordinate projects, briefs, deliverables, and internal creative team schedules.

With your background of 5-7 years’ experience in a similar Traffic Manager role, you are aware of what’s needed to organise a creative team. Equally comfortable in traditional marcoms, as you are in online and digital.

You'll be responsible for managing the flow of work to ensure that all marcoms initiatives are completed on time and completed within budget.

With stellar skills in time-management, you’ll be able to herd kittens, and make things happen whilst maintaining a happy equilibrium with everyone you lead.  With a smile. A twinkle in the eye. Tough as leather. Kind hearted to the core.

You will help our teams burst into life.

You’ll be a hybrid of Traffic Manager / Project Manager, with experience gained within a recognised progressive omnichannel marcoms agency (preferably with a retail focus).

To help you achieve this role, you’ll be working closely with our Art Directors, and Copywriters. Collaborating closely with our Creative Director, Executive Creative Director, and external agency partners.

  • A heart: You know how to collaborate with your team, and you consider how your passion for this industry will benefit our team

 

Comfortable with being collaborative across the creative disciplines, you’ll have a background that spans agency-side, working in-house, and fully versed in co-labing with agency-side partners. And ideally, you will have had some international experience working out of a recognised cultural hub.
