We have a fantastic development role within the Customer Engagement Centre as a Senior Customer Engagement Specialist. To be successful in the role you will already be self-managing, displaying a sense of
urgency, and a multi-tasker who can handle 101 things without spinning out. You carry our DNA for customer obsession and failing forward fast.
Day to day you will compiling reports for our business partners, assisting with coaching, managing the queues, taking escalations, implementing innovative ideas to help us move forward, and taking calls. It sounds a
lot and it is, and it will stretch you. Working 1 in 3 Sundays is part of the role as well as flexibility in hours.
