Everybody In At Phenom, we embrace diversity. We believe it’s what helps us thrive. Our goal is to include everyone at the table, and to value and respect their unique voices and backgrounds.

At The Warehouse Group we have internship/graduate programmes with various different partners.

Our interns are immersed in the everyday life of our business so they can gain relevant, real-world experience. They bring fresh ideas and the latest business theory, providing your team with valuable insights.

AUT CO-OPERATIVE INTERNSHIPS

The Warehouse Group has participated in AUT Co-operative Education programme since 2012. Retail is exciting, fast paced and packed with variety which means we can offer participating students workplace experiences that adds value to them as well as our business. Working in an agile environment gives participating students the chance to develop new skills and ways of working. We also benefit. The programme helps keep us across the latest industry trends, provides leadership opportunities for our team and can be a great way to identify future talent for our business.

Meet our P-TECH interns

Zac
Zac is a Ptech student from Manurewa High School.

"I joined the P-TECH program so I could learn more about technology  in everyday life and how it is used to benefit us. So far in the programme I have learnt more than I could imagine, being able to code websites and databases as well as photoshop and video editing. The program had begun to open up more pathway options for me and I am excited to see where in the industry it takes me".
