Evolve - Dynamic Store Leadership Programme
Evolve is an intensive 9 month programme to boost performance amongst our current retail leaders. It focuses on accelerating the development of our high-performing Store Managers by strengthening their leadership toolkit so they can build great teams, drive positive business results and great in-store experiences.
NZ Future Skills Fund
Our NZ Future Skills Fund is offered to all exiting team members to enable them to study any programme of work in which they would like to upskill to make them more employable in the future, providing training and reskilling after leaving the Group.
