Our programme is designed to help you grow into a successful leader. Over two years, you’ll learn the ins and outs of what it takes to develop people in a customer-led culture, how to execute plans, and deliver on our company strategy.
You don’t need retail or management experience to apply for this development programme. You just need to love working with people and getting results. Take our quiz below to be considered for this programme.

Like many others in our leadership team, he started on the shop floor, and worked his way up into store management and beyond. Shane was also part of a formal leadership development programme, which gave him the tools he needed to push himself from a team member into leading teams. From there, the rest is history!
In your first three months you’ll work in all the key areas in-store. You’ll also spend one-on-one time with your Store Manager to discuss what you’ve learned, as well as giving and receiving feedback.
Then unleash your leadership potential.
Your next 18 months will be action packed. You’ll learn how to meaningfully and effectively lead your teams with a combination of formal and on-the-job training.
You will spend the first 3 months in a Sales Team Leader role. Then, 6 months in a Nightfill Team Leader role. Followed by 12 months in a Service Team Leader role.
Not right away, but yes. As a Nightfill Team Leader you’ll be expected to work nights for six months. Also, as a manager there will be times when you’ll need to come in to support and keep up to date with your nightfill teams.
Yes. We won’t sugar-coat it for you, a career in retail means you’ll work at least one weekend day each week. If things get really busy, it could mean working both Saturday and Sunday. The good news is that you’ll still get two days off in a row every week.
First and foremost, you are! Ultimately your efforts will determine just how far you go.We help you do that with a lot of individual support from your Store and Regional Managers, along with formal training courses, hands-on learning modules, and even your teammates.
