Job Description
Hours of work:
- Sunday - 9am - 5pm
- Monday to Thursday - 9:30am - 6pm
Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to acquire essential management skills and prepare you for future leadership roles. You will gain practical experience in management, which will be invaluable as you advance in your career.
In this role, you will also have the responsibility of supporting and mentoring your colleagues to help them achieve their professional objectives. If you are committed to advancing in the retail sector, have a genuine interest in our products, and are dedicated to sharing this enthusiasm with our customers, this role is well-suited to you.
Qualifications

Ideally you will have:
- Retail Experience - A solid background in retail.
- Leadership Qualities - The ability to lead and inspire.
- Customer Focus - a commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
- Strong Communication Skills - verbal and written.
While these qualifications are preferred, they are not essential. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
