In this role we are looking for awesome Customer Engagement Specialists who can represent our two brands The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery.
At the heart of our business is a great customer service team – not only are they skilled in the art of delivering great service to our customers but they have a passion for what we do. We are looking for team members who truly “get” what outstanding customer service is all about.
These positions handle a variety of incoming customer enquiries. Where these Customer Service roles differ to most is that we utilise the latest live, online chat technology to support our customers as well as traditional phone and e-mail support.

This full time fixed term position finishes at the end of July. You will need to be available to work between 8:00am-6pm, with possible weekend work.
