The role:

Reporting into our Head of Content Marketing, your role centres around inspiring and enabling our brands to deliver content that engages our most valuable customers!  To achieve this, we will tap into your passion for marketing tech stack tools, your comprehensive understanding of email and mobile marketing, and your knack for writing and content creation.


This role will see you wear many hats from leading the monitoring of social media feeds to identifying both potential escalations and potential opportunities, right through to being an expert in all things Salesforce and other tools for the benefit of content creation and reporting.  You will create and operate within a culture of test and learn and experimentation with various aspects of creative design and messages, whilst utilising data-driven insights to identify content opportunities at key points in the customer lifecycle.  


About you:

We are looking for a strong communicator and relationship builder as this role will see you work cross functionally educating, liaising, influencing and collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.  Resilient, commercially savvy, multi-tasker and passionate are just some further buzz words that describe you down to a t.

  • Ideally 8+ years’ experience in related Marketing, Editorial and/or content creation roles.
  • Experience successfully delivering go-to-market strategies and activations.
  • Proven experience leveraging marketing technology for the delivery and development of content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience owning and reporting on key business metrics to partners and executives.
  • Strong listening, influencing and critical thinking skills as well as strong writing and presentation skills.
