What you will be doing?
We are now looking for a permanent Merchandise (Buying) Assistant to support an experienced Category Manager who you can learn a huge amount from! This is a dynamic, fast paced and extremely results driven team, working across our Bike category.
This is an administration role that gives you a real, solid grounding in the life of a Retail Merchandise team. Your role will be to provide crucial support to the Category Manager with everything from admin and system support to assisting with advertising/promotional activity. You will be required to assist with planning and forecasting of sales and the replenishment of stock to all of our stores nationwide, providing you invaluable learning from the retail buying industry.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who is able to able to work with a minimum of supervision to juggle multiple priorities & meet strict deadlines with ease. Your ability to manage and interpret data as well as your robust analytical and computer skills will stand you in good stead to succeed. To make the most of this role, you'll also need to be motivated, process driven and have good attention to detail. You are a team player and function at the top of your game in a fast paced work environment
