We are on the lookout for TWO new team members to join our Procure to Pay team at The Warehouse Group!

Reporting into our Accounts Payable Support Team Lead, these busy roles centre on providing administrative support to the Accounts Payable Helpdesk team who have recently absorbed some of the stores processes to head office.
This role consists of a variety of tasks centring around data entry, responding to queries & reconciliations within strict timelines. We will rely on your collaboration and understanding of accounts processes as this role will see you work closely with the Helpdesk Team and wider Group Finance.
You are self-motivated, proactive and work well in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Equally important is your strong communication skills (written and oral). Your ability to grasp new systems quickly and organise your workload effectively to keep up in an ever-changing environment will be key to your success in this role
